Greg Kelley, the man who was wrongfully convicted of child sexual assault in 2014, is suing the city of Cedar Park, former police chief Sean Mannix and Christopher Dailey, the lead investigator in the case against him, for an "incompetent, bad faith and fundamentally flawed" investigation.As a Leander High School senior football star, Kelley spent three years in prison for aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of six.
