Spaniards construct record-setting 10-story human tower: At the annual Concurs de Castells festival in the town of Tarragona in Spain's Catalonia region, teams compete to build the highest or most complex castell, or human tower. Generally, large men form the base and a small child, known as the "enxaneta," climbs into position at the very top. All members of the team must successfully climb down before it collapses. At the festival last weekend, the Castellers de Villafranca team set a new record with a 10-level tower containing three people per level.
