[Apply Now!]( Hey it’s Pat, If you’re reading this newsletter, you probably want to start your own business. But I bet 50% of you have NOT launched your thing yet. Maybe you’re still thinking or maybe you’re still building. But here’s the truth… You can’t wait until it’s perfect. It will never be perfect. You just have to launch. Most people will never launch their business because they’re afraid of rejection. But every founder knows this is just part of the game. You have to face rejection if you ever want to build ANYTHING successful. So this week… launch it. Press send. Rip the bandaid. Tweet at me ([@thepatwalls]( when you launch. Welcome to Sunday Breakfast! 1. The Orange Juice 🍊 [He built a $3.6M/year SaaS in 180 days]( This guy worked in marketing and sales in the medical field his entire career. And he saw an opportunity to build software to streamline some admin stuff for doctors. But he had ZERO coding experience and a very little budget. So he hired a developer on Upwork… but that failed (twice!) Finally, he found someone to work with him and they built the whole thing in 6 weeks. Once it was ready, he made 100s of cold calls to every doctor he knew. In just a few DAYS he had paying clients. And within 6 months he quit his job and went ALL IN! Today he does $300K/month – incredible. [Read the full case study here.]( 2. The Coffee ☕ [Her digital books make $20M/year]( This woman saw an opportunity to help business owners make their PDFs look better. Basically everything like reports, newsletters, brochures, catalogs, portfolios, etc. etc. So she got to work and developed an MVP in less than 4 months. Within 6 months, she was getting 50K visitors to her website per month (impressive). And at the time of this interview, she was making $10M/year. But I just found an update that said she’s making $20M/year…just two years later!! Absolutely insane. [Read all the details here.]( See exactly how an online business goes from zero to millions. --------------------------------------------------------------- ✔ Learn how founders came up with the idea that turned them into millionaires… and exactly what that felt like. ✔ Get the lowdown on what niches actually make money… and get the confidence that you're working on the right thing. ✔ See exactly how $1M businesses grew… never waste months on the wrong marketing channel. ✔ Surround yourself with success... soak up the knowledge and learnings of the most successful founders in the world. And this is one of my favorite examples that shows you exactly how to do it. This dude was a solo developer and owned his own gym. And through running his gym he saw a sh*t tons of problems that caused him to lose clients (and money!) So with his coding background, he built a tool to help manage scheduling, clients, paperwork, etc. He launched it at 4:45am from a 24 hour donut shop 😆 Within a few weeks they had paying clients. And just a few years later, they hit $300K/month! [Read their first case study]( to see how they built it. And [this second one]( to learn about how they scaled it. [Apply Today!]( 4. The Toast 🥪 [They built a $30K/month Shopify plugin]( These two friends had dreams of starting a software company together. So after working at different startups after college, they decided to quit their jobs and go all in. They did a TON of research and created a spreadsheet with literally 100s of ideas. When they finally nailed it down to 5, they started building. In a few weeks, they built a simple MVP for their plugin and launched it. The next morning… they woke up to 10 users. 40 days later, they had 2,000+ users and started making real money! This is a super detailed case study on how to find, build, and launch your own startup. [Check it out here.]( 5. The Pancakes 🥞 [This simple SaaS for restaurants makes $300K/month]( So this guy had started a bunch of internet companies and was ready for his next opportunity. He saw that restaurants were old school and had not caught up to technology. So he decided to build a software to help them improve one element of their business. Once he built the MVP, he got to work cold calling and emailing every restaurant he could think of. He experienced a lot of ups and downs, but was able to scale it all the way up to $3.6M/year. This is ANOTHER example of how you can build a SaaS in ANY industry. [Read the whole case study for yourself.]( That's it! I hope you have the best Sunday, and are getting ready for a great week ahead!
