Read time: 1 min, 29 sec The greatest opportunity of our generation? Digital real estate. Let me explain: So last week, I was d*cking around in my youtube analytics. And I found this tiny piece of data that blew my mind. I have this one YouTube video that I published over 6 months ago. And in the last 48 hours, it's got 2,082 views. 2,082 views. Nothing crazy, right? But actually, this number represents my digital real estate strategy that turned me into a millionaire. And I believe it's the greatest opportunity of our generation. So, first of all, what is digital real estate? It's anything that you own online that makes money: Websites. Blogs. SaaS products. Youtube channels. Instagram accounts. Etc etc etc. Gone are the days where you need a physical product or a physical store. You can have a portfolio of digital assets that work for you and make you money while you sleep. That YouTube video passively generates cash every day, while I get to work on and build NEW assets that make me even more money. But... why is this the opportunity of our generation? And why should you build digital real estate? Two reasons: (1) The downside is nearly zero. It costs almost nothing to build your idea. You can make a website for as little as 20 bucks PER YEAR. From there, all it takes is a few hours of your time (free). And in one weekend, you have a digital asset that costs less than chipotle for two. (2) The upside is infinity. When you have digital real estate, your stuff lives online forever. Take YouTube, for example. Once you publish a video, it costs $0 and 0 hours to maintain. I've done the math, and, for us, one view on youtube results in ~$0.10 of revenue. So... a video that gets 1,000 views per day? (like the example I showed you above) That translates to $3,000 per month. $3,000 per month for doing NOTHING. THAT’S the power of digital real estate. Build something ONCE… And let it print money while you sleep, while you're on the tennis court, or while you’re doing whatever the hell you want to do. The internet has massively expanded what’s possible. And it’s up to you to get your digital slice. If you think this sounds easy…it’s not (sorry). But I’ve been building digital assets for a decade. And I want to show you how to do it in the rest of 2024. Which is why I’m inviting you to my [free workshop this Thursday.]( I’ll show you exactly how to build your digital real estate portfolio. And how to get millions of eyeballs on your idea for free. This is the greatest opportunity of our generation. The internet can make you a millionaire. You just have to start building.
