Read time: 1 min, 20 sec A lot of people ask me: “Pat, what would you do if you were starting all over today?” Most of the time, I think they’re looking for a quick fix. (hint: there’s no such thing) BUT I have a secret… There’s one thing I’ve seen work over and over again. I call it "attentioneering". Attentioneering is the skill and practice of getting attention on the internet around your business. (and then converting that attention into customers/money) If I were starting all over today, I would focus all of my efforts on getting really really good at this one thing. (Warning: this concept might change your life) So let me first share with you a story... There’s this guy I found on YouTube named Steph France. And just a couple weeks ago, his life changed overnight. He posted one video on YouTube. And within 3 weeks, he went from just 25 subscribers to almost 10K 🤯 That's cool - 10k subs... But there's a bigger story here. And you can find it in his past videos... His first 11 videos got a tiny amount of views: 400… 200… 60… 500… 800 Then, BOOM. 200K views (and still growing!) Next video? 13K views (and still growing) What happened? [Barkbox Incentive + Expiration Date] In his first 11 videos, this guy was exploring: Testing formats. Running experiments. Swinging and missing. But it didn't matter - he was putting his ideas out into world. And getting 1% better with each one. He was also posting on Twitter, Reddit, and other platforms. Anywhere and everywhere, he was talking about his ideas and his business. Then... one day, one video HITS. And overnight, he has thousands of people giving him and his business attention. I DM'd the guy and he basically told me his life changed overnight. Congrats to Steph - he's now on track to build a $1M business thanks to this one piece of content. I love to see stories like this. One piece of content can change your life. This story is so common with successful founders... It actually happened to me too. I failed for MONTHS, and then posted one piece of content. And overnight, I had thousands of users. Most people will say it's luck, but they don't know the full story :) I'll be sharing that story in my [free workshop TONIGHT...]( And also sharing with you the exact framework for how you can do it, too. I’ll show you exactly how to get your business in front of millions of eyeballs. All while working just 2 hours per day. You might just be piece of content away from changing your life.
