And one tiny marijuana company has a deal in place to get 50% of the profits from all pot produced and sold at this giant facility for the next 99 years. Not a bad deal. But the most curious thing is… this tiny company has over a dozen deals in place that are just as lucrative: - It has secured the rights to the sales of high-quality medical-grade pot, with the potential to be sold in as many as 1,500 store locations across the country. - It has partnered up with one of the world’s most renowned greenhouse builders to develop 1.4 million square feet of high-tech, computer-controlled greenhouses for cannabis cultivation. - It even has a deal with a leading beverage company – which aims to become the first company to develop a premium line of beverages brewed exclusively from cannabis. - And believe it or not, this company is completely flying under the radar.
