We all know this." And she was right. With lockdowns and mask mandates, followed by vaccine mandates and the firing of noncompliant employees, authorities steamrolled Americans’ rights – often illegally. [WATCH HERE]( Fast forward to today. HFDF, which seeks to protect and advance health freedom, has successfully challenged a number of unethical mandates and policies in court. For example, if you enjoy flying without wearing a mask, you have HFDF to thank. But the fight is far from over. One case that’s currently going back and forth in appeals courts is a challenge to the Los Angeles Unified School District’s COVID-19 injection mandate for all teachers and staff as a condition of employment. This landmark case, if won, could kick the legs right out from under the 1905 case of Jacobson v. Massachusetts, which is often used – improperly – to justify mandates. It also has the potential to change laws. “Stay engaged, support Stand for Health Freedom, support Health Freedom Defense Fund, if you can, and stay optimistic,” said Manookian. “And don’t be afraid to share the truth with people about what’s going on, because that’s how we really shift the needle.” Protecting the freedoms we hold dear, Stand for Health Freedom [Facebook]([Instagram]([Twitter]([Website]( [standforhealthfreedom.com]( is a nonprofit dedicated to protecting basic human rights.
