Americans cannot sue a manufacturer or health provider if they or a family member are injured or killed by a COVID product. Support the LIABLE act! {NAME}, Americans cannot sue a manufacturer or health provider if they or a family member are injured or killed by a COVID product. This is because of federal laws, namely the 1986 Act and the PREP Act. The proposed [LIABLE Act]( would change that. The “Let Injured Americans Be Legally Empowered” Act would not allow federal law to stop Americans who have been harmed by a COVID product from getting their day in court, as well as proper compensation for injuries and death. [Click below to tell your elected official to sign on to the bill!]( [TAKE ACTION]( Regardless of the likelihood that this will pass in this 118th Congress, the support of co-sponsors is critical for Americans to know what our lawmakers will stand up for. It will also give momentum to a fight that will continue into the coming years. Solidarity is important when the Constitution and the lives of Americans are under attack.
