- Join Writer & Story Consultant (nearly a decade at IM Global, Netflix Animated Series, Independent Films) **New 6-Part Intensive Lab Announced** ([register here]( Dear {NAME} You see horror movies get made and distributed every week, careers being launched, audiences enthralled and you're sitting there with a great idea for a horror movie that you know can compete but you need to get it all down on paper. Stage 32 has your back. This exclusive and interactive lab will teach you everything you need to know and how apply all of that information and write your commercial horror movie. Over six weeks in this Stage 32 lab, you’ll work directly with Karina Wilson, an experienced horror screenwriter and onetime story consultant for Blumhouse and IM Global. Karina specializes in the horror genre and has worked on titles such as SKYLINE, 13 SINS, VIRAL, VAMPIRE ACADEMY, HORNS and LORDS OF SALEM. Karina will teach you how to form your ideas, how to build out all of the necessary elements required by the genre, how to elevate your idea to stand out from the crowd, and how to deliver an engrossing outline that you can then execute a strong first draft with. You will work for four weeks in a virtual class setting with Karina. The other two sessions will be directly between you and Karina only. This one-on-one time ensures that your skills and outline improve over the six weeks and allows you to practice how to take notes from a development executive and take your horror writing skills to the next level. You will leave this lab with a completed outline for your feature script and what's even better is that if you want to continue working with Karina she will move you up to a level 2 and level 3 lab where you will write your actual screenplay.
