Hello, Hope you are doing great! It’s been more than a month since we celebrated International Women’s Day 2023, and I personally love how the UN theme for the day has evolved over the years. From thinking about equality to acclerating equality & now embracing equity to understand why equal opportunities are a great start but not enough. In the year 2016, Social Samosa set on a journey to identify Voices and Role Models for Women in the Industry with the thought that the Indian Advertising, Marketing, and Media Ecosystem always had stories of grit, determination, and dedication, but most of them weren’t out there to be celebrated. And that marked the beginning of Superwomen, an initiative by the Women at Social Samosa for Women from our industry. Over the last eight years, Superwomen has captured some inspiring stories from Women, and we bring forward these stories only to hear more of such stories. Though we have evolved in our processes, the changes aren’t enough, as I mentioned in one of my earlier notes. A Yearly Superwomen List or a Meetup isn’t enough; we really need to look beyond Women’s Day, Week, and Month. We are taking baby steps to work on it. I hope that our actions in the coming months speak louder about our commitment to build a community of Women who support Women. As a first step, I would like to invite Women reading this to join us for this year’s Superwomen Meetup to raise a toast to the Superwomen Class of 2023 on 20th April in Mumbai. We are lining up a Comedy Set and some entertainment before opening the floor for networking. You can register [here]( for an exclusive invite to the event. The Superwomen team from Social Samosa and I would look forward to hosting you at the event. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
