Grounds to Impeach? However else Donald Trump will go down in history, he will most certainly be remembered as Americaâs first -- and, in all likelihood, most prolific -- tweeting president.
Trump has tweeted so much, so often, and for such a long time, that it isnât hard to find instances where he has contradicted himself or cast shade on others for things he himself went on to do.
When stock prices took a plunge last week and the Dow Jones average lost 1,378 points in less than 24 hours, many people shared what was alleged to be an old tweet of Trumpâs in which he said that a sitting president deserved impeachment if the Dow Jones dropped 1,000 points in two days.
It seemed so plausible that Trump might say such a thing that many social media users took it for granted that the tweet was authentic. The closer we looked at it, however, the more it seemed to us to bear all the hallmarks of a fake. [Read more](
