I was talking with a gentleman one time who is wildly successful in his business.  Over the years, he has caught a couple of good moves in a few markets and now he thinks he is a trading genius and has found the holy grail. In my conversations with him, he could not believe that so many traders were unsuccessful.  He used words like "easy" and "consistent" to describe his success thus far.  When I asked him what he was doing, he explained it generally and I assured him that if he was not careful and did not prepare for the draw downs to come, he was going to find himself in trouble. I also assured him that what he has experienced the past couple of years was abnormal as the markets simply do not make the kind of moves some of the markets have made in recent years. Basically, I didn't want to see him turn around and lose everything gained over the past few years. He wouldn't listen though.  He passed me off like a cheap bottle of wine in Buckingham Palace.  What he had fallen into is a common, common trap, and one that should be avoided at all costs.  [Keep Reading to discover the common trap and the THREE basic ways to be a successful trader](. ---------------------------------------------------------------  Take a look at this DIS trade This trade on the Walt Disney Company (DIS) produced a quick 232% annualized return in only 26 days. [opw1]( Now, take a deeper look at the chart. You’ll notice we’re not trying to pick tops and bottoms. If we bought earlier or sold later we could have increased our returns but… we would have also lost the efficiency of the trade. All we’re trying to do is get a piece of the pie, in other words take advantage of a short-term burst. By limiting our risk exposure while we increase our annualized returns. [Go here now and watch this video]( I put together on how you can take advantage of these trades.  --------------------------------------------------------------- Here’s What’s Trending: [The Only Thing to Fear is Losing…]( [A - B - C - Google]( [A Bearish Play on Dick’s Sporting Goods]( [The Cost of Retirement is Going Up, Again]( [What You Aren’t Being Told About Trading](  --------------------------------------------------------------- Bullish or Bearish or Both… Ryan here, I recently held my CashFlow Combination Spreads Master Class. During this powerful, 4-hour master class, you have the opportunity to learn a LIFELONG skill on how to easily create high-probability, low-risk combination spreads for weekly income. Here is the concept of CashFlow Combinations Spreads: - Place a trade on a Bullish Spread. - Place a trade on a Bearish Spread. - If the market moves up, the Bullish Spread makes more than the Bearish Spread loses. - If the market moves down, the Bearish Spread makes more than the Bullish Spread loses. - Risk is minimized by placing the two trades but it is still there. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
