Google unveils Pixel 8, plus Prime Day 2, and Samsung launches the Galaxy S23 FE Created for {EMAIL} | [Web Version]( October 6, 2023 CONNECT WITH TECH RADAR  [Facebook]( [Twitter]( [Instagram]( [Youtube]( [Tech Radar]( [SIGN UP]( ⋅ [WEBSITE](  [] Welcome to the Week in Review [] Welcome No matter how you feel about AI, we can all agree that its influence is now inescapable. Most of the myriad tech events that I’ve attended over the last month have included at least a few minutes devoted to host brands's latest artificial intelligence-infused products and tools. Google, however, may have gone the furthest with its new collection of AI-enhanced Phones: the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. Announced alongside the Pixel Watch 2, these are smartphones with more access to onboard (and offboard) AI than any that have come before them. Naturally, we have lots of early thoughts about the new handsets, and even some very trippy AI-enhanced experiences to share. Tech’s other big players haven’t exactly been quiet this week. Apple might be gearing up to deliver more new products across a couple of categories, Samsung is rolling out its much-loved FE series of handsets, and Amazon… well, it’s about to do what it does best, and bring us another pair of Prime Days – or Big Deal Days, as it’s calling next week’s sales event. There’s more to life at TechRadar than hardware and gadgets of course, and I noticed that we’ve got some nice coverage of the return of one of my favorite Marvel shows: Loki. Thank goodness it’s not a sophomore bomb. All in all, it’s been another wild week in a busy product launch season.
