Fellow clergyperson, Annice B., says she makes it a point to take a Sabbath on Saturdays, though it took her several years to get the hang of just hanging out, but she notes, "It is so important to take time for myself." Similarly, a public library director from Texas wrote in to say that with one of her small staff out sick, "it has been almost impossible for me to take any time off." However, she realized she had to do it for her own health and scheduled two weeks for herself.
