Met Life's 21st annual US Employee Benefit Trends Study found that nearly half of employees feel their employer doesn't care about them, with more women, blue-collar and Gen Z workers not feeling the love, while a survey by One Medical and Workplace Intelligence found 64% struggling with mental health issues that have negatively affected their productivity. Employers can help by setting up easier access to mental health services and providing specialized care to meet the unique needs of women, blue-collar and younger workers, say experts.
