Former Ulta Beauty CEO Mary Dillon has been hired as Foot Locker's chief executive, succeeding Richard Johnson, who will retire Sept. 1 and stay on as executive chairman through Jan. 31. Dillon spent eight years at the helm of Ulta, focusing much of her time on growing the retailer's e-commerce efforts, and her resume also includes a five-year stint as McDonald's global marketing chief. Coca-Cola will promote long-time executive Jennifer Mann to president of its North American operations after Alfredo Rivera exits on Dec. 31.
