Kohl's has promoted Executive Vice President Siobhan McFeeney to the post of chief technology officer, succeeding Paul Gaffney who will step down Aug. 1. Gaffney also held the title of chief supply chain officer, and those duties will be handled by the executive vice president for supply chain, who will report to CEO Michelle Gass, the retailer said. Nordstrom has hired Dick's Sporting Goods executive Nina Barjesteh to oversee the retailer's private-label arm as president of Nordstrom Product Group, and has promoted longtime marketing executive Deniz Anders to chief marketing officer. Anders, who succeeds retiring marketing chief Scott Meden, has been with the retailer for 22 years and most recently served as vice president of marketing.
