Farm-to-table pioneer Alice Waters, who recently marked the 50th anniversary of her groundbreaking Berkeley, Calif., restaurant Chez Panisse, is still looking to the future with plans to launch the Alice Waters Institute for Edible Education in collaboration with the University of California, Davis.
