The number of women holding the CEO position at S&P 500 companies will reach a projected 8.2% by February 2021 versus 6% in December 2019, according to the "Women CEOs in America" report published by the Women's Business Collaborative, C200 and Catalyst. The report also predicts that by 2025, women will occupy 15% of Fortune 500 and S&P CEO roles, and that 10% of those will be women of color.
