Over the past year, Australia-based Treasury Wine Estates has reduced waste otherwise headed to landfill by 96.2%, cut water use by 13.5% and trimmed energy use by 9.7%, according to the firm's 2020 Sustainability Report. In addition to committing to make 100% of its packaging recyclable, reusable or compostable by 2022's close, Treasury has pledged to fill half of its leadership positions with women by 2025, the report revealed. PepsiCo will invest over $170 million in the Hispanic community by hiring more Hispanic managers and expanding its Hispanic-owned supplier network and scholarship program for Hispanic students. [Ore.'s Latinx winemakers honor their roots](

[Woman-owned wine firm offers single-serve bottles](
Dana Spaulding founded single-serve wine firm Wander + Ivy two years ago in frustration after repeatedly being forced to discard the contents of unfinished regular-sized bottles of wine and finding a dearth of smaller options on the market. Wines are sourced from organic vineyards around the world and bottled in Napa, Calif., with each glass bottle containing a large 6.3-ounce serving of wine, and Wander + Ivy is sold in four states and can also be purchased online, said Spaulding.
