[Havas Chicago creates "The Battle Home" for veterans](
Havas Chicago partnered with the Veterans Community Project and the National Association of Realtors to create an installation, "The Battle Home," in Kansas City's Union Station to raise awareness of homelessness among veterans. The exhibition features a home built from sleeping bag bricks that features QR codes, which direct visitors to stories about how the VCP has helped veterans escape homelessness. Consultants report major brands, including Clorox, Unilever and Mars, are capping payment terms at 60 days to support small and medium-sized agencies during the pandemic, but many aren't proactively notifying shops of their new leniency, Jack Neff writes. The Agency Sherpa's Nancy Hill says, "I'd like to think that this is a sign that there's humanity left in the ecosystem and that marketers are realizing that what they do can hurt the smallest of us," adding, "What I'm saying to people is that you should certainly ask, because if you don't ask, it may not happen."
