The 4A's and nonprofit Made of Millions have launched a "Dear Manager" campaign for Mental Health Awareness Month, which features digital and out-of-home creative in which agency staff ask their managers to engage in discussions about how their mental health issues can be better supported at work. The push will continue with "Nominate a CEO," which will encourage agency leaders to publicly share their own personal mental health experiences and nominate their peers to do so too.
