A Superior Court judge in Los Angeles has denied the request of Diet Madison Avenue -- the anonymous Instagram account -- to throw out subpoenas that have ordered Gmail, Facebook and Instagram to reveal the identities of the account's creators. The rejection came with the proviso that the subpoenas only cover the two-day period when the account mentioned Ralph Watson, the former chief creative officer at Crispin Porter Bogusky.
