Sixty-seven percent of North American agencies say they overservice 50% of their clients, and just over 48% say missed deadlines are usually caused by clients, per Function Point and the Agency Management Institute. Over 40% of respondents said that productivity isn't tracked efficiently, and nearly 69% say communication breakdowns are common due to briefs that are incomplete or inaccurate with too many requests for last-minute changes. National advertising minutes on television were up 3.9% to 11 minutes each hour in January, the biggest rise in more than three years, per Pivotal Research Group.
