Impossible Foods is targeting meat lovers with a new, multi-channel campaign that challenges "preconceived notions of what makes meat 'meat' and giving them a reason to try it themselves," said Eric Kallman, co-founder Erich and Kallman, which created the campaign. VCCP's humorous "Hard Days Deserve a Hard Lemonade" campaign features two convenience store clerks, Hank and Joel, judging whether or not customers, including a guy wearing a bunny mascot costume, a delivery driver and a firefighter, have worked hard enough to deserve a Mike's Hard Lemonade.
