Women now hold 51% of KFC's corporate jobs across the globe, meaning the chain is the first of Yum Brands' banners to reach gender parity in its support center team. Yum, which has set a goal of reaching parity across its restaurant brands by 2030, reported that women held more than 42% of leadership posts in 2023, up from 30% in 2018.
