Important announcement Mexico Telcel/Claro Dear Partners, you might already have heard the news rega

Important announcement Mexico Telcel/Claro Dear Partners, you might already have heard the news regarding MX Telcel/Claro. In case you have not, please read this carefully. Telcel/Claro is doing major changes right now and so they are observing all promotion methods very closely. The newest changes that are already in process are: They will aggressively blacklist all publishers, affiliates and networks wich are not sticking to restrictions. What makes this even harder is that if you get blacklisted in one country, you will get blacklisted in all countries in wich Telcel/Claro is active! Fines will be imposed for any non compliant promotion and so we will pass the fine down to the publisher wich is is responsible for the non compliant promotion. Please read the general guidelines and make sure you will not infringe on Telcel/Claro policies. RESTRICTIONS • No nudity: No genitals exposed. Girls can't seem nude, even if covered by their hand or object. Clothing can't be see through. • No sexual interaction: They can't be kissing, eating anything with a phallic shape. No poses simulating sex. No touching with other girls or men. • No "Free": You can't use the word "Gratis" of free. You can use "De Regalo" (gift). • No Fake Promises: You can't promise users services/content you don't actually have. Example: Coupons for McDonalds when you don't actually have this. • No use of copyright brands, images, names, etc.: You can't use a brands name or logo without their written consent. You can't use images you don't have the copyright to use. • No subscribing users without consent. In the past affiliates have found ways to hack Telcel's system and subscribe users without them even knowing. This is of course strictly forbidden. • No use of iframes. Lots of times pubs iframe offers so only subscribe button is showing, subscribing users without them knowing what they are doing. Landing Page has to be shown completely, including Terms & Conditions. • No use of social media campaigns. You can't use campaigns that run on Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, etc. Especially if they are dishonest promising content that doesn't exist. • No lying to the users. You can't use banners or prelanders that say "You have a Virus" or campaigns of the sort. You can't tell them they will automatically win any kind of prize (iPhone for example) just by subscribing. No telling the user that their "Whatsapp will expire unless they subscribe to download new version". • Pre-approved banners are the safest way to go. If they are your own send a screen shot for validation or ask me or my team for our own approved banners. --------------------------------------------------------------- Best regards Your slimspots Team slimspots.com Slim and easy publishing Follow Us: --------------------------------------------------------------- [Facebook]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [Twitter]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Contact Us: Email: support@slimspots.com Web: [www.slimspots.com](http://)
