Dear Valued Customer, We have recently received many emails & phone calls, with regards to the availability and processing times of our Hand Sanitiser varieties purchased online. We would firstly like to thank you all for your patience and clarify a few things with you. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected delay in sending orders placed on the 13th to the 20th of March. This is due to new policies set out by our courier company, which prohibited the delivery of flammable goods. As you are most likely aware, our hand sanitiser contains 70% alcohol, making it an extremely flammable product. Thankfully, we have since organised a different courier company who will be sending orders placed from the 13/03/20 to 20/03/20 on Monday. The only orders not being sent are those that have been refunded or addressed to Tasmania. Devastatingly, we cannot send any items to Tassie, as trucks cannot get through the border at this stage. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the delay and can guarantee that orders placed from now on will be processed and shipped in a much more timely fashion. Secondly, many customers have asked if the hand sanitisers are in stock and why do we have so many available? Yes, they are available and we always have more stock. This is simply because we are the manufacturer and owner of all Skin Nutrient™ products. Our headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in Brisbane, making us a 100% Australian made and owned company. Another question that has been asked is: Can we pick up the order from your office? Unfortunately, we cannot allow the public to pick up from our facilities. This is because we have several trucks, forklifts and flammable material entering and leaving our warehouse on a regular basis. It would unsafe and irresponsible of us to allow people to pick up their orders, as they may incur injury by doing so.  We would like to remind our friends that the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) spreads from person to person via droplet of infected fluid. These are passed on via touch, direct hand to hand contact or from contaminated surfaces, or when someone standing close to an infected person breathes in droplets that have been coughed or sneezed into the air. Experts say spending time focusing on hand hygiene can help you reduce your risk of picking up coronavirus, as well as any other number of infectious diseases. Have a wonderful weekend and please take care!  -- Kind Regards, Breanna Sheather Marketing & Creative   M: 0421 235 056 T: (07) 30730164 E: marketing@skinnutrient.com.au A: 17 Iris Pl, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110 www.skinnutrient.com.au  [Product of the Year Winner 2020!]( [Facebook]( | [Instagram]( | [LinkedIn](

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
