[He said it would not work for you guys and gals]( I really laughed out loud over our Zoom call, and when I calmed down, I asked him "what makes you think it wouldn't work for us?" “Look,” he said, “This is something so old, so different from what you do, so REAL, it’s not virtual, it’s not zeros and ones, you don’t need a website. All you do to sit in front of a computer for about 10 hours a week, and the only thing you do is use Google, and look for the deals that I tell you how to find, and you make $25K to $50K per deal. My people do 4 or 5 deals a year, part time, and make $100K over 12 months on a regular basis.” “I don’t think your folks could slow down to see the bargains because they’re so focused on ‘fast’ - that they think ‘slow’ is a waste of time. But, I’m telling you, real entrepreneurs - know that this slow method makes you much more money, has nearly zero risk, is government backed (and your people don’t like the government, right?), and this is a 200-year-old government program. Nothing special about it, except it’s what the 1% have been doing for 200 years, the only difference is I teach my people how to do it with the ‘scraps’ left behind by the big money - like $25K, $50K or more per deal” Well, I went to town on Ted. Told them, sure my people are forward thinking, and very tech minded, for sure. But don’t think that they aren't looking for more ways to cash in. I made a gentleman’s bet with him that you would dearly want to know about what he’s doing. So, here is what he does: Ted Thomas discovered the world of [Tax Defaulted property investing]( 30 years ago. After becoming a multimillionaire for the second time, he started teaching what he did. What most people don’t know is when folks don’t pay their property tax, the local governments will either tack on a really high interest rate, between 12% to 36% depending on the State, or, outright sell the house for the back taxes, typically 1% of the value. But get this, if you pick up that house for the back taxes, you get it free and clear, all the old mortgages disappear. Really, that’s the law. Take Paul who has been a student for a few years. He’s made over $500K so far, and also earns money each month, from ‘thin air’ - but you need to really see this to understand.
