I’m glad to be in this fight with you, {NAME}. I want to thank everyone who made contributions last month. Your support is helping us build a powerful grassroots organization for 2022 and beyond so we can elect more Dignity of Work candidates who will deliver for everyday Americans in Ohio and across the country. This week, President Biden delivered his first State of the Union address. We’ve come a long way since winning back the White House and Senate. We finally have a government that is putting working people first. You can see it in the American Rescue Plan that got shots in millions of arms and put money in families’ pockets with stimulus checks and the biggest tax cut for working families ever with the expanded Child Tax Credit. And you can see it in the bipartisan infrastructure bill and its provisions to rebuild our roads and bridges with American-made products while creating good-paying jobs here in the U.S. Of course we still face big challenges -- both here at home and across the world. We must continue to build back stronger than before. Because the alternative is bleak. National Republicans laid out a plan for our country that would raise taxes on as many as 100 million Americans, a group that largely comprises working class Americans, and make it harder to vote. The choice is clear, and it’s clear what we need to do. We need to keep organizing and keep fighting, and I’m grateful to have you in this fight, {NAME}.
