But we need to talk about its blatant attack on workers' rights. Project 2025 would eliminate overtime protections for an estimated 4.3 million workers, allowing states to opt out of federal overtime and minimum wage laws. Project 2025 would eliminate unions as we know them, taking away the bargaining power and collective organizing that generations of Ohioans have fought for and earned. Project 2025 would give corporations a free pass to engage in union-busting activities, which will drive up profits for C-suite executives. Here's what you won't find in Project 2025: the belief that hard work should pay off or that every worker should have a voice in the workplace. That's the Dignity of Work, and I've fought for it every day of my career. It's clear as day that the GOP's corporate megadonors are spending record-breaking amounts of money to defeat me, flip the Senate, and cash in their newfound power by implementing Project 2025.
