This Week's Top Stories [:newspaper:] ANIMALS [Woman tells Husky he’s adopted and he flips out]( We’re sure every dog lover has entertained the fantasy of having a full-blown conversation with their dog. It makes for such a great story and is often downright adorable and hilarious! This Husky is no exception! Dogs are technically adopted but some of them just won’t be having it. For some, the news is just too shocking, leaving them stunned in disbelief. One fine afternoon, K’eyush, or Key for short, was minding his own business, lying peacefully on his comfortable bed when, out of nowhere, his mother, Jodie, walked in and said “I got some shocking news for you.” Then she said it: “you’re adopted.” Key immediately bolted upright, [letting out a howl of shock and disbelief]( He refused to accept it, and got into a length argument with Jodie! Jodie captured the adorable moment, sharing with us the precious few seconds of the dramatic Key talking back. Eventually, he sadly drops down onto his bed and accepts the unfortunate news! [(Full video)]( SMILES [Still grieving his dog’s death, an owner leaves a touching note for the mailman]( There are some dynamic duos that just make sense: Butch Cassidy and Sundance, Bonnie and Clyde, Shrek and Donkey. But let’s not forget one of the most important ones: mailmen and dogs! These renowned teams of 2 only ever exist on either end of the spectrum - absolute fear or absolute love! In Texas, Fernando the mailman knew his routes and his most excited recipients (aka the dogs) like the back of his hand. Fernando loved to spoil the dogs he saw every day, one of which was Gretchen the german shepherd. Over time, they developed that special kind of dog + mailman friendship, especially since Fernando brought treats to Gretchen! However, one day, Gretchen just wasn’t there anymore - [instead, Fernando found a letter waiting for him](. The letter was from the owners, accompanied with a bag of dog treats. It read, “Gretchen passed away yesterday. She asked me to ask you if you would share her treats that she never got to finish with the other dogs on your route. She always enjoyed seeing you come to the door and was always happy to get a snack from you. Thank you, the Cimino Family.” Fernando was heartbroken when he got home. He showed the letter with his daughter who wanted to share the touching story on Twitter. To their surprise, the internet absolutely loved the story and it went so viral that Gretchen’s owners ended up seeing it again! As a tribute, the owners blessed the web with a sweet video of Gretchen getting excited about seeing Fernando one morning, giving us a truly heartwarming end to the tale. [(Full article)]( TALENT [Darci Lynne sings without her puppet with a pure and captivating voice]( There’s nothing more inspiring than seeing a fellow human push the limits of their craft and continue to grow and experiment beyond what they’re known for. Darci Lynne is the youngest winner of America’s Got Talent with her ventriloquist performance. Though she still keeps her puppets around and continues to tour the world with them, she’s all grown up and expanding on her singing and acting career as well. [Her latest videos spotlight her vocal talents that go beyond ventriloquism and feature her singing as the main vocalist for part of a movie theme song]( (A Cowgirl’s Song). Darci always dreamed of Hollywood and it’s amazing to see that she’s starting to manifest this dream in her own hometown. She says “it was very near and dear to my heart to have my very first movie filmed here because it’s something I was nervous for. But it just made the overall experience way more comfortable and easygoing and fun because the crew was a lot of Oklahoma-based people. So, it’s kind of like my people that I got to work with, so that’s been really special. And I hope to see more films coming here.” Fans that have followed her journey for a long time were pleased to see that she’s grown into such a multitalented individual, with one even saying “oh my…just beautiful. She’s not just ‘the puppet girl’…what a voice! Love it Darci” [(Full video)]( Best Posts on Instagram [:camera_with_flash:] - Parenting hack - [use cardboard to stop your kids from fighting]( - So apparently...[frogs don't like to share food]( - [This is why I hate cooking]( - Can't sleep?
