Click [here]( to view in browser. [car2go] Hi {NAME}, As our service in North America draws to a close, we want to take a moment to express our appreciation for your support through the years. Free floating carshare would not have been possible without your energy and enthusiasm. As we announced on December 18, 2019, all North American SHARE NOW services and memberships will end on February 29, 2020. Please note this will affect customers in previous North American markets and current customers in Montreal, New York, Seattle, Washington D.C. and Vancouver. We’ve also provided a brief Q&A to help with any additional questions you may have regarding the closure. Will cars be available through February 29th? Yes, but fewer cars will be available as we approach our closure date of February 29, 2020. Will I be able to access my invoices after your service stops? Yes, you will be able to access your invoices via the SHARE NOW app after service ends until April 30, 2020. After April 30, 2020, we will not be able to guarantee that invoices will be immediately available for download, so we encourage you to download all necessary documents by that date. If you have invoice requests after April 30th, please contact customer service at hello.us@share-now.com (US customers) or hello.canada@share-now.com (CA customers). *British Columbia Customers Only* I was charged the British Columbia Annual Fee of $2, and will not receive a full year of service. Will I be refunded? If you were charged the British Columbia Annual Fee between March 1, 2019 and February 29, 2020 you will be refunded $2. If you are charged automatically after February 29, 2020, please contact hello.us@share-now.com (US customers) or hello.canada@share-now.com (CA customers) for a refund. As always, thank you for your membership. It’s been a pleasure driving with you. Sincerely, The SHARE NOW Team Questions or Feedback? Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
