My morning routine My morning routine has been the same for years now. The first thing I do is get up and immediately start exercising maybe for 45 minutes, an hour, two hours, depends on the training schedule I'm on. Right now, I'm also then jumping straight into an ice bath, to cool off for between two and five minutes for as long as I can stand it. Then I get out, have a decent breakfast. And the first thing I do is I start writing out what I want the day to look like. I use a really simple checklist to be able to say here's the three to five things that I want to check off today. What do I want the day to look like? What do I want the rest of the week to look like? And I start thinking about that. I give myself 45 minutes a day to do that exercise. Then I'll make a coffee. I tend to have a coffee a little bit later in the morning, rather than first thing.. That's if I'm not doing any of my breathing exercises or going to the swimming pool. And finally, I make sure I have a mid-morning snack to keep that energy going while I'm continuing to think, and that's how I win the morning. P.S.
