#1: [ClickUp]( Clickup is halfway between project management, automation and a list taking tool. Some people are crazy overwhelmed by ClickUp and that’s fair. I am too sometimes. But it’s a great place for me to throw my ideas, problems and roadblocks and have the team turn them into actions, documents and SOPs. #2: [Circle.so]( I use Circle for our community and for our team. It’s where we talk, share content and put lots of our content. It has a chat function a bit like slack (maybe not as complex) and is where I spend most of my time. #3: [HighLevel]( HighLevel is our marketing, email, call, funnel and sales platform. It basically does everything for us. It also provides us with a scalable SaaS option for our agency clients i.e. we just resell HighLevel to them, charge them to access the platform and we make a profit. An amazing community, fast growing and it’s got some killer features. It does our call bookings, calendars, Stripe payments, subscriptions and it can even do social media planning and hosting WordPress sites. #4: [ScoreApp]( ScoreApp has quickly become one of my favourite tools for both lead generation and lead qualification. You can make super easy quizzes and assessments AND build a report for your users based on their answers. It can do a LOT and you can use it at multiple points in the sales process. What are some of your favourite apps and tools to work with? Have courage, commit and take action. Mike P.S. Here’s some more ways I can help your funnel business grow. 1. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
