WHAT in my office?! Now let me explain. We often confuse productivity with juggling multiple tasks. The more we do, the more productive we are, right? Wrong. The more you scatter your attention, the less you achieve. And the quality of work? It goes down the drain. Here's an experience I want to share. I remember drowning in a sea of tasks. I felt like I was trying to juggle 100 things at once. In steps my wife, Olivia, with a radical suggestion. "Remove everything from your office that isn't related to the task at hand." So I did. I cleared out my office of all the clutter. No phones, chargers, notepads, speakers, even books. Guess what happened? I got the work done. The environment I created allowed me to focus, and in turn, I thrived. The less stuff I have in my work environment, the more I get done. We often look for ways to add things to our lives to improve.
