You and the group will work together and with me and my team to go over everything you need to run this for yourself… You'll also walk away knowing: Exactly what I deliver, day-by-day to clients to charge them $2000 a month with LOTS of profit (sometimes as high as a 90% margin) AND it’s way WAY less than you think. How to get paid faster, and charge higher prices WITHOUT writing a single proposal or “order of work” and get paid on the sales call rather than waiting for invoices to get paid. The devastating mistake that all agency owners make and why it costs them clients, sales and revenue because they focus on the SALE and not HAPPINESS (trust me on this one). The tiny 3-minute tweak I made to my delivery process that made clients want to pay me MORE within 14 days of closing them (and makes them want to stick with me for YEARS). Plus the campaigns I use to crush my client’s goals and get them results, even when they think they’ve tried everything. Frameworks, examples and templates galore and more. You’ve probably got a ton of questions… Where and When? This starts on July 1st with all successful applicants getting access to the pre-work before we go live. You’ll need to set aside 3-4 hours a week for 3 months. $10K/M is a 90 day/12 week programme with an option to continue working with us if we extend an invite to you. You’ll be working alongside 7 other dedicated business owners, myself and my team. Inside the private community you’ll be posting your progress, done-work and receiving and giving feedback on other people’s work once a week. You can ask as many questions as you want in the community. You’ll be on two calls a week: - Your accountability group calls - The group strategy calls The accountability group calls will be to check in with each other and your 1:1 partner. These take about 40 minutes The group strategy calls are where I or my team hop on a call to answer your questions and give advice based on the work you’ve submitted. How Does It Work: I only want to work with 8 people who can implement, do the work and post their progress. This isn’t a course or coaching programme or message forum. This is a highly motivated accountability group with 7 other businesses who are DEDICATED to getting results. If you’re not interested in doing the work, posting your progress, asking for feedback and GIVING feedback, don’t bother applying. Each week you’ll be given a single task, some training to give context, a call date and you’ll be expected to post your work/results. Then you’ll need to give feedback to everyone in your small group, in order to further solidify your learning. I even give you bonuses (i.e. rewards) for implementing. What Do I Need To Bring? You need to be coachable. This isn’t a coaching programme but you WILL need to be open to taking on challenging and new ideas that might sound the total OPPOSITE of what you’ve been doing for years. You also need to be willing to both PROVIDE feedback to the 3 other people in your group AND post your completed work in our community area for others to give feedback on. It will be painful at points, but it’s where we grow. You’ll need at least 2x 1 hour slots a week for the group and accountability call. Groups thrive on contribution. When you are getting wins we need you to share the success so others can learn from you. Ideally you’ve got an offer, you’ve got a handful of clients and a niche also. Do I need to be a great marketer? Absolutely not. I don’t want you to be a great marketer. What I DO need, is for you to be at least willing to become obsessed with your market and clients where you know EVERYTHING about them. Plus, what we teach is so simple that if you can type and email, you’ll do better than you think. Do I need a $10,000 or $24,000 product/offer? You need to be willing to get results. If you’ve never charged that kind of money before, that’s not a problem, but you’ll need to be willing to increase your prices. I will literally show you how to create a $1000 to $2000 a month offer and find 5 clients to sell it to. I’ll show you what to deliver AND how to get clients results that they’ll stick with you. Will $10K/M work with my niche/clients?? As long as you’re a marketer or consultant who helps businesses get results (money, leads, sales etc.) and you have a problem that you can solve (i.e. lack of profit, difficult sales, no leads etc). Then $10K/M will work for you. Are there any bonuses? Of course. First, you’ll get a 1:1 call with me when you land your first $2000 a month client. If you complete the course and stick with the programme and TURN UP, I’ll release all my custom campaigns and strategies to you, to implement in your business with your clients. AND if you decide to stay on as a regular paid community member after the program, I’ll invite you to my very private “circle” calls where we share the best tactics that are working in our industry once a month. What’s The Investment? Every month you don’t join, it’s costing you $10K a month. That’s what it’s costing you. To join the 90 day program it’s a one off investment of $8000. That gives you full access to everything, including the training and the program. However, if we feel that after 30 days you’re not committed, we will not invite you back to the continued community going forward. Is there a guarantee? Of course.
