Bitter Tears on a 5-Star Beach⦠Picture this: I was sitting on a sun-lounger on a beautiful beach in Mexico, azure waves gently lapping at the shore of a 5-star resort. To any observer, it was paradise. But inside, I was living through my personal purgatory. The demands and pressures of my coaching business were haunting me even in this slice of heaven. In that moment, staring at the tranquil ocean, I was utterly miserable and exhausted, teetering on the edge of quitting my business. All the late nights, the relentless hustle, the mounting pressure, it was pushing me to a breaking point. I felt like I was losing myself to the monstrous machine I'd created. So, I made a choice. A choice to say 'no more'. I chose to step back, to reevaluate what was truly important. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make, but I decided to throw away almost everything I'd been working on. I had to put my mental health before my business. I'm sharing this with you because it's a reality many of us face. The fear of failure, the demand to always be 'on', it can lead us down a destructive path. It's a path I was on, but chose to leave. Now, I'm turning a new leaf. I've learned from my past and I'm making changes that I hope will transform not just my life, but also yours. And I'll be announcing it tomorrow.
