Say Goodbye to Brain Work, Hello Heart Work I need to talk to you about the future of our industry, and it's not going to be pretty. AI is already here, and it's going to tear the rulebook apart. Imagine if you could just eliminate the need to cook food. You still had to grow and cultivate it, and of course, the better the ingredients you start with, the better the end result. And you'll still need to serve and plate the food. You could make it more appealing or just throw it in a bowl. Obviously, what I've described here is either a) a chef or b) ready-made meals. AI is the chef in a restaurant. What we're seeing with AI isn't the removal of warehouse workers and low-skilled work (like we all thought it would). It's replacing marketers, accountants, lawyers, copywriters, and other information-based decision jobs. Soon, it'll replace managers, and I'd bet that we'll replace CEOs and directors with AI sooner than drivers and delivery-people. We moved away from muscle-based skills in the industrial revolution. Now we're in the brain-based skills. But AI will eventually do that 100x better than you ever could. So, we need to move into HEART-based skills. Businesses run by the heart, selling to people's emotions, personalities, and deeper core desires. Yes - your agency will need to pivot towards work of the heart, over work of the brain. It's time to get ready to pivot our businesses. We need to start focusing on the HEART of our clients and their customers. It's going to be tough, but it's necessary. What do you think about this?
