From 1:1 to 1:many Here’s what most consultants get wrong about moving to a group consulting or coaching model. First, they believe that they have to reduce their price because they’re delivering “at scale”. Absolute nonsense. Second, they try to build the entire program and materials before they’ve even sold a single one. Both of these are costly mistakes to make. They’re costly because they end up losing you sales and revenue, meaning you’ll end up with less money for all the work you put in. Instead, moving towards a group model means you should be charging MORE for your services and you should be selling your group program before you’ve built a single THING. Maybe this sounds totally counter-intuitive, it might even sound impossible. But what if you approached your list today, and offered to solve a difficult and valuable problem for them. PLUS, they could meet and network with 4 to 5 other people with similar problems. And when you’ve sold 5 spaces, start delivering and recording your training, documenting it and releasing it to the next wave of students? This Thursday 26th at 4pm UK (11am est) I’ll be showing you exactly how I and other consultants went from 1:1 to 1:many (and made more money in the process). If you want an early-bird seat, hit reply to this email and let me know. There will be no replays - this will be live and only shown once. Mike P.S.
