$10K a month in passive revenue Passive income is a bit of a holy grail or “Fountain of youth” for business owners in that there are certainly elements that exist but it’s not quite what a lot of Internet gurus and marketers make out to be. Having said that, YouTube has been an incredibly powerful source of passive income for my business, and I want to share with you a few methods of how I’ve created that. 1. Advertising revenue While our advertising income is relatively low on our main channel at the moment, it still doesn’t hurt that every month we are earning more and more money from YouTube ads. YouTube ads is a really interesting method of making money because it relies on so many different factors. It’s not just enough to have a really popular video, or even thousands of subscribers. You could go down the route of most popular types of videos and have tens of thousands or even millions of views, your advertising revenue might be quite low because the value of those viewers isn’t particularly high. Our method on the other hand is an extremely high payment per 1000 views (roughly hours is about $80-$90 per 1000 views) but requiring fewer views. 2. Affiliate sales Affiliate sales is probably my favourite method of generating passive income via YouTube. There are tons of ways to make money with affiliate marketing in YouTube, the easiest method being keyword ranking and content with a long lifespan. I’ve done a few sponsored videos and frankly I don’t really like them because I only get paid once for promoting the product. However with an affiliate product such as our deal with HighLevel, I can create topics that rank well in search, might even be promoted on the YouTube suggested page (sometimes called going viral) and if people find the content useful and want the product Dell click on and I will earn a percentage commission per sale. The reason I like to do this is because it’s free to set up,you can get paid from a very low number of views and the content will live for a long time. I’m still earning new affiliate commissions on videos I’ve released 4 to 5 years ago. 3. Product sales The reason I don’t like the term passive income is because it’s extremely work intensive to set up. It’s not enough just to create a product, you need to test whether a product will sell and test if you’re marketing and copy will convert. Having said that, when you do have a product that sells such as a book, course or even an app or piece of software, YouTube is an incredible way to promote and sell that product. Again, you can have content topics that last a long time, and do very well in the search and promotion categories. I still believe that most agencies should have a YouTube channel, not just to promote their own business and build up their own authority, but also start developing some passive and scalable income streams from relatively low views. If you’re creating passive income or if you have a YouTube channel I’d love to see it, hit reply and tell me your YouTube link or however else you’re generating passive income. I’d like to check it out. Have courage, commit and take action. Mike P.S. Here's some ways I can help your funnel business double it's revenue. 1. Buy the book [Five Figure Funnels](. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
