?I cannot believe how quickly niching down has shown such a DEEP potential industry? On average

“I cannot believe how quickly niching down has shown such a DEEP potential industry” On average I have about 2 conversations a week where I tell people they need a niche. “A specific offer and a specific customer to target.” “Yeah I know”, they reply “I’ve heard that before.” SO WHY. DO YOU. REFUSE. TO PICK. A. NICHE?! Indecisiveness. Simple as that really. They give good excuses of course. Anything to sound like a good reason for NOT making a choice. But really, it all comes down to indecisiveness. The inability to make decisions is almost certainly what keeps businesses (and people) stuck. More than obstacles or roadblocks, more than hard times or bad luck. The fear of picking a path and sticking with it, is probably responsible for more unhappiness than any other factor or event. So how do you pick something? I’m not really a fan of analysing the reasons why you’re unable to make a choice. It doesn’t really matter or make a difference. Maybe you’re afraid of making the wrong decision. Maybe you don’t want to look stupid or make a poor investment of time or money. Like I said. The reason why you can’t/won’t make a decision doesn’t matter. You need to know 3 things. - There is nothing so permanent that it can’t be fixed or changed. - The fastest way to know you’re walking in the wrong direction, is to start walking in any direction - You probably don’t manufacture oxygen Let’s say you make the wrong choice. For something like a niche or business decision, it really REALLY is unlikely to be life changing (for the worse) or devastating. If anything, there are ONLY positives for making a choice like that. If it’s wrong, or sucks - move on. If you’re worried that making a choice will slow down progress - it won’t. Even making the WRONG decision is 100x faster than no decision at all. You can change direction, quit, stop, or keep going. The first line in this email, “I cannot believe how quickly niching down has shown such a DEEP potential industry”. That’s from Ian who I met at ATL 2023. Ian chose a very VERY specific niche and is already seeing results. And trust me when I say, his niche is so specific that I had to ask him to repeat it a few times. Turns out there there are industry events, talks, software businesses, agencies…it’s like he uncovered a mineshaft filled with resources. But it’s only in MAKING the decision that the results show themselves. I believe most people hesitate on making decisions because of their fear of what others will think of them. Maybe people will get angry if they make a bad choice. Maybe they’ll be disappointed or make fun of them. It’s all in your head. No one cares. If they do - ignore them. Making choices IS knowledge. It’s why I get so upset when people say “I know” and yet they have not done. I can educate, train and talk all day - but YOU have to make the decision and take action. Have courage, commit and take action. Mike P.S. Here's some ways I can help your funnel business double it's revenue. 1. Buy the book [Five Figure Funnels](.
