Work-life balance is key Next week is our anniversary, and I’ll be taking even more time off to escape to a hidden spot in Cornwall. For me, work-life balance is key—especially while building funnels and running a business. I love my work, but I’ve realised it can easily creep into everyday life. In my experience, people who are workaholics are often trying to avoid deeper issues in their personal lives. That’s not my situation, though. For me, maintaining a healthy balance between work and life is more important than becoming a "hyper-millionaire" or a well-known business influencer. Right now, I can spend just a few hours a week on content creation, and everything else takes care of itself, thanks to my amazing team. Hiring—even if it’s just a VA—will completely change your life when they know how to run the business. In fact, my team probably runs things better than I do. It's not about creating perfect systems—things will always break when you're away, but as long as the business isn’t "producing oxygen," it’ll be fine. For me, the ability to take as much time off as I want, knowing the business keeps running, is far more valuable than endless millions in the bank. Yes, we’re extremely profitable, but the freedom to step away was always my priority. Some people say I don’t run a "real" business because I’m not constantly hustling to scale or grinding 24/7. And that’s fine—those guys can burn themselves out while I enjoy life. The reality is, living the life you want is often more affordable than people think. For me, being able to take time away, buy a new car when we need to, and have enough money to live comfortably without tying my identity to my work—that’s what matters most. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
