[Image] Weekly Market Update Today is December 16, 2022 Good afternoon - T.G.I.F. If you don’t believe the stock market is rigged, consider today’s Trade of the Week. Yesterday (Dec 15) with less than four minutes to go before the market closed, Costas Bocelli’s Dark Money Indicator spotted a whale gobbling up Call options on a particular tech-focused stock. Bill Spencer Editor-In-Chief True Market Insiders The stock was Maxar Technologies Inc. (MAXR) and our insider was buying 1,850 MAXR Call option contracts for $160 per contract. Total cost? $296,000. Four minutes later, MAXR closed at $23.10 per share, down -1.82% on the day. But like the song says,” what a difference a day makes.” This morning, the stock opened at $50.84 per share – up +120% in 17 hours. (If you’re wondering, that comes to an annualized return of +60,111%.) What happened? This happened… As we saw, the stock gained +120% by the open, eventually gaining +123%. (For extra credit, in the price chart above, see if you can spot the heavy volume spike.)   Special *Holiday* Offer! [Click Here for More](   What about that call option our (very lucky) insider loaded up on? I reached out to Costas for details. He told me… “Those Calls were bought for $1.60 -- based on where the stock is going, those Calls are worth $26. That’s +1,525% gain in 1 day.” Now, I’m having a bit of fun here, and I don’t want you to think I begrudge this whale his whale of a trade. Far from it. In fact, I’m glad insiders like him/her do what they do. Just like I’m glad and grateful that the giant hedge funds do what they do. But mostly, I’m overjoyed that we have access to tools like the Dark Money Indicator… and the suite of custom indicators in Sector Prophets Pro. Those tools let us see what the giants are up to so that we can hop onto the rocket ship alongside them for a chance to ride to the moon. So, no… We’re not out to hunt whales here at True Market Insiders. What would be the point? Insiders will do what insiders will do. And I, personally, have no desire to end up like this… And there’s no reason to. We have an investing approach that works. We generate our share of profits. And best of all, we get to share our tools and insights with you. I’m not kidding about that “sharing” part… In fact, right now Chris Rowe is holding twice-weekly LIVE mentoring sessions [where he opens up his trading platform and shows you what’s strong in the market]( and what you need to avoid. During these sessions, you can ask Chris about any stock or sector… or about anything else market-related. The next session is this coming Tuesday (December 20) and [I urge you to attend](. Thanks for reading, and enjoy your weekend!
