Never Be On The Wrong Side Of Another Historically Repeating Market Cycle Or Trend… Date

Never Be On The Wrong Side Of Another Historically Repeating Market Cycle Or Trend…  Date of this Writing: Friday, Jan 7th, 2021 @ 2:30 PM EST Welcome to this week's Seasoned Stocks: Trade of the Week where we show you one trade you should be looking into for the week. We dive deep and take a look at how this stock has behaved historically during this time period. This is information you are going to want to read. We do this every week for you, so keep an eye out for another one next week. We do not give “specific” trading recommendations, rather “general” market information that’s purpose is to provide you an edge in your trading. Now, let’s get into today's report. Below are seasonal stats on Spirit Airlines (SAVE)...90% of the time over the past decade the stock has gone up on average 5.81% over a 9 day trading period. This is a quick little pop, so it could be considered random data mining, but maybe not. I like to see at least 15 trading days. More on that later…   The Daily technicals say we have Bullish overall sentiment…   Spirit Airlines has a good push for the next 2 weeks, takes a bit of a pull back…then has a tendency to continue the push up towards the end of February…therefore, I have a tendency to overlook the potential short term 9 trading days (anything less than 15 trading days, in my opinion might be data mining, versus a real potential trend).   LIMITED TIME ONLY [CLICK HERE FOR 50% OFF SEASONED STOCKS SCANNER]( [CLICK HERE](  Maybe the stock pushes up to $28, where there’s potential overhead supply/support in my opinion. If this theory holds true, here’s a 3:1 initial reward to risk trade of the underlying stock. If it hits Target 1, move stops to breakeven, sell some shares etc. There’s a hundred ways to manage a trade, consider selling some shares into strength for a profit, trail stops etc…or you can let it all ride and target a full 3x multiple of risk. As I always say, there’s no one right way to trade, everyone is different. If the price trades above the Friday Jan 7 high, I’d buy some shares. Here’s an example of a way to trade the underlying stock. - Buy @ 24.00 - Stop @ 22.68 - Target 1 @ 25.32 - Target 2 @ 26.64 - Target 3 @ 27.69   Here’s a Call purchase ‘idea’... Buy 22.50 Call. March 18, 2022 expiration, for a debit of $2.74 or BETTER… If the stock pushes up towards $28, you’ll make roughly $300 profit per contract… If you want to limit your RISK further, you can exit at a loss of about $150 per contract if the stock trades down toward the 21.50 level. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, purely your decision.   If you wanted to do a debit spread….maybe this would work: - Buy Mar 18, 2022… 25.00 Strike - Sell Mar 18, 2022… 30.00 Strike - Debit of 1.11 or BETTER   In closing, there’s a million ways to trade, and there’s no ‘one and only’ way to trade. The main key is to always focus on risk first. Hopefully these perspectives have proved worth your time, and you find which best fits your personal style. Hopefully you’ve found value in the information provided. Please remember, do your homework, and fully understand the risk before trading anything.
