Yes, this core update overlapped with the [reviews update]() – which is still in progress. The core update started rolling out on November 2nd and finished just under the four-week mark on November 28th. Generally, these updates take around two weeks to roll out fully, but Google has said there is [no estimated time they can share]() with us regarding when this update will finish. The rollout took longer for “safety” reasons. John Mueller from Google wrote, “durations of updates is usually a mix of various internal factors, including the desire to do things incrementally for safety.” We will let you know when the reviews update is complete and when the next one will launch – hopefully, it won’t be during the Christmas or holiday break.
