Nicola Sturgeon has announced indicative dates for the easing of lockdown restrictions in Scotland with an end to the ‘Stay at Home’ rule, end to travel restrictions and hospitality set to start reopening. She also said hairdressers and barbers will open in April, as well as setting dates for when non-essential retail and hospitality can reopen.
