Signature missing: We have to vote NO on hate

[Asylum seekers need your voice, Friend . Will you speak up for them today?]( [Take Action]( Hi Friend, I’m tired of seeing families get ripped apart at our southern border. People in desperate situations are being turned away. Kids are returning to poverty, violence and persecution. It’s tragic… and it could get a whole lot worse. That’s why I’m reaching out today. [Lawmakers are about to vote on a new package of anti-immigrant bills as soon as Thursday— and Friend, we can’t let it pass.]( I’m not exaggerating when I say these policies would cost lives: - Countless asylum seekers would be turned away at the border - Unaccompanied kids could face up to 30 days in detention - Children would be at even greater risk of abuse and trafficking - There’d be less funding for support like mental health care and legal services - Title 42 and MPP/Remain in Mexico, policies which you helped defeat, would be re-implemented And that’s just the beginning. This legislation would end protection for asylum-seeking children as we know it, decimating safeguards without providing any solutions.
