We deserve healthcare

In the richest country in the world, there is no justification for denying people the medical care they deserve. No one should ever hesitate to go to the doctor because they are scared of losing their life’s savings. No one should ever desperately avoid a trip in an ambulance because they know that the bill will put them in debt for many years to come. The injustices we face as Americans under privatized healthcare and routine price gouging from the pharmaceutical industry are endless.
