Definitely purchase a club level room so that you get a dedicated concierge - they will make all of your dinner and watersports reservations for you so that you don't have to! The staff is incredible, from the concierges all the way down to the maintenance. Everyone is so kind and no one ever walks by you without a smile. We were also very impressed by how clean the resort was and all of the steps the resort has been taking in the midst of COVID. Not only were our room and the lobbies spotless, but in order to enter any restaurant, bar, or shuttle you are forced to sanitize your hands. The shuttle that runs back and forth on the resort is even wiped and sanitized between passengers! We felt incredibly safe. They offer rapid testing for your flight back to the US, it is complimentary and you have the results within 10-15 minutes. Just make sure you stick around for your result like they tell you to or they might toss it - don't worry you can go to the pool right after!
